Sleep Environment for Twins

  • If it’s not possible to separate, and as a parent you want them to share a room, then twins should always be trained in the same room for naps and night sleep.

  • They can remain in the same crib until up to 4-6 months of age. Around this age there is more movement so it is a good idea to separate.

  • When sharing a room sleep training might be a slower process

  • Sleep environment must remain conducive, safe, and consistent.

  • Sound machine is very useful and there is no need for dividers.
