Characteristics of a Quality Nap

  • At least one hour of length for the morning and afternoon nap

  • Naps that are consistent, happening at a regular time, are solid and transitioning nicely through their sleep cycles. 

  • Waking up in a relaxing, happy way to sustain themselves until the next nap or bedtime.
